Stuffed Jalapeños



Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

6 average size jalapeños
2 links chorizo sausage
2 T cream cheeses
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Remove casings from chorizo sausage, brown and drain off fat.  While chorizo is cooking, core, devein and deseed peppers.  Cut in half and place on baking sheet.  Once chorizo is browned, drain, place in bowl and mix in the cream cheese.  Stuff peppers with sausage mix and top with shredded cheese.  Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.  Serve warm.
